- 5:00 PM – Early access for V.I.P Guests and first chance to bid
- 5:30 PM – Registration opens for all guests. Nosh on delectable bites while you place your WINNING bids on fabulous silent auction items! Delicious nibbles provided by Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes.
- 7:00 PM – The party moves into the recital hall for our fabulous Live Auction hosted by David Silverman. Complementary wine and beer will continue to be served in the theater.
- 9:00 PM – Enjoy celebratory desserts in the lobby and end your evening with an efficient check-out and our warmest thanks.
