We’ve gathered an intrepid troupe of actors who will set out in our company this coming spring to perform our 90 minute productions of The Tempest and Romeo and Juliet all across the state.
The 2016 touring company is made up of artists who are all new to the tour this season, but several of them you may have recently seen on our stage. Tom Dewey appeared in Henry IV part 1 this summer in the parks as Peto and Douglass, Chesa Greene is currently on stage as Kattrin in Mother Courage and Her Children, Aishe Keita appeared as Marianna in Measure for Measure at the beginning of the year, and Arjun Pande just finished his run as one of the Dromio twins in The Comedy of Errors.
Making their Seattle Shakespeare Company debuts are Yadira Duarte and Rafael Molina.
The touring schedule is still developing for The Tempest and Romeo and Juliet. There will be public performances of The Tempest at the Center Theatre April 15 and 16.
