Any exchanges made due to cancellation of shows will not be subject to fees.
Subscribers have up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled date to submit exchange requests. Subscribers will be subject to to a price difference if the performance selected is more than the price of their current ticket.

Single ticket buyers have up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled date to submit exchange requests. All single ticket exchanges are subject to a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee.
Voucher tickets and complimentary tickets are non-exchangeable.
Past performances are not eligible for exchanges.
Tickets may be returned as a tax-deductible contribution up to 2 hours prior to your performance. After that time tickets may be released for re-sale, but are not eligible for tax-credit.

Balance due: Changing seat locations may result in a difference in price from the original seat. Your exchange is not considered processed until payment is collected. The Ticket Office will contact you to complete the order if payment is due.
Confirmation: After your transaction is processed, you will receive an email from Seattle Shakespeare Company confirming your order. Your new date will be listed at the bottom of the confirmation.
