Did you know Seattle Shakespeare Company has a van that travels the highways and byways of Washington state, with costumes, props and 6 actors inside? From March through May for the past five years Seattle Shakespeare Company sends out small cast productions of Shakespeare’s plays to places that might not get a lot of theatre. Marta Zekan from KING FM’s Arts Channel talked with Seattle Shakespeare Company’s tour manager Casey Brown, who is just beginning to organize this season’s tour.
If you want a chance to see our touring production of “Romeo and Juliet”, you can catch a handful of free performances at the Olympic Sculpture Park, August 22-24. More details can be found here.
